Save the Dates for the All-Hands Workshop which will take place between March 12 and 13, 2015 at the Santa Fe Community College (Jemez Rooms).

Thursday (March 12) All–Hands Monitoring Presentations from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday (March 13) Discussion of 2016 Project Implementation 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Are we achieving our landscape restoration goals? Presentations on forest thinning, fire and riparian restoration will be presented with discussions on how 2010-2014 activities are addressing the landscape restoration goals and objectives. Join us for discussions and prioritizing of 2016 implementation projects on March 13th.

1. Do the proposed 2016 projects have complete and correct measures to determine if we are meeting objectives?
2. Are the proposed 2016 actions well-integrated into the overall strategy?
3. Will the proposed actions be effective? Why or why not?
4. Are there issues or problems with any of the actions or individual projects as proposed? Create list for “all-hands” group discussion, with specific proposed adjustments.
5. Are there actions that are not on the list, but should be, for 2016?
• Breakout groups: Guided by the questions above develop an evaluation of the actions proposed for 2016. Include How we break into small groups will be determined by the number and diversity of expertise of the participants.
