I've been asked by more than a few SLP home owners if I knew of any one in the area that could provide help with various chores in and around their house (examples: painting, yard work, carpentry, hauling, house sitting, baby sitting, dog sitting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, computer work, etc). So I would like to help you find handy people by emailing info on various people (girls. boys, men & women) that might just be who you were looking for.
Please: I would like to have SLP home owners who know of/or are handy people to let me know by email (jstudebaker@gmail.com) of people that you could recommend. I would need an email address and phone number as well as info on their capabilities. I will not use your name or email address in any correspondence with SLP, but I will send out the details on handy people via the Listserver. My first handy person is below, and he wrote his own self promotion ad. It would be great if you could get your own handy to do so as well!
Hello! My name is Jake Kaufman, Chris and Duane Heffner’s nephew. I am 22 years old, and for the last three years I have worked in a wood and metal shop. I have also worked in a bike shop for two years. I am looking for any and all work your mountain community has to offer. I am willing and able to help with all of the following:
