​​Electric Bill Payments Going Astray

The Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative have issued the following statement to all their customers:
It has come to our attention, that some of the mail payments that we should be receiving from our customers, being sent to PO Box 2999, are being returned to customers. We have contacted and verified with the Española Post Office that it is a problem at Albuquerque Post Offices. Espanola Post Office is checking into the situation to try to pinpoint the problem.

If you are experiencing or have experienced this problem, you will need to call in the payment either using Credit, Debit, E-Check or walk-in the payment to any of our three (3) offices.

It will be greatly appreciated if you can bring in the original envelope that was returned to you from the Post Office with the yellow sticky note on it, so that we can have Española Office look at it to determine which post offices are returning the mail.
