Delay in the Sierra Los Pinos vs. Star, et al. lawsuit completion:
We just received a notification from Judge Davis' office. The Judge had a death in the family and the trial set for Monday, June 6, 2016 has been vacated. We will receive notice from the Court with regard to a new setting at some time in the future.
The reset date will be published when the Court has notified us.
