It is burning in mixed-conifer, heavy dead and down, woody material with pockets of bug-killed trees, and has burned through the 1300-acres of blowdown from 2007. On roads open to the public in the vicinity of burned areas, the public is asked to use extra caution when traveling these roads. Be aware of fire vehicles traffic in those areas.
